The Santa Clause 2
Eight years have passed since Scott Calvin first took the Santa suit, and became the subject of The Santa Clause. Now Santa is at the top of his game at the North Pole and could not be happier, at least until Bernard and Curtis, the Guardian of the Manual of Christmas the news, there another clause in the "Mrs. Clause."
Santa / Scott now pressured to marry before the next Christmas Eve, or clause Christmas break and are extinguished. To cover the prolonged absence of Santa Claus, Santa Curtis helps to create a toy size replica of the real Santa. However, this legalistic larger than life can not find any grace or slack in his plastic heart for minor infractions by of children around the world, having followed the manual to be too restrictive. Toy Santa takes control of the North Pole with an army of toy soldiers doubled in size natural. He thinks everyone is wrong and plans to give the world coals.
Because of the imminent end of his contract, Scott undergoes a process of "de-Santafication" that gradually turns him back to Scott Calvin. He has a limited amount of magic to help him. Scott tries to reconcile with Charlie, who keeps vandalizing their school to call attention. He and Charlie both hit the wall hard and cold Newman Carol principal.
Charlie Scott confesses how hard it is for him is that Scott never around like other parents, and reveals the stress You Are under the secret to hide that his father is Santa. Scott is committed to work harder as a dad, and he Charlie and reconcile.
After a date not a few, Scott falls in love with Carol. He accompanies her on a sled to his school teacher Christmas party, which happens to be boring. With a little magic of Christmas, Scott encourages the party by presenting gifts to all children with sleep (as much he did for Neil and Laura in the first film). He makes a special presentation to Carol, and his last vestige of magic, wins on it. However, she resists when trying to explain that Santa, in the belief that Scott makes fun of his childhood, until he manages to convince Charlie to show his magic snow globe.
Curtis flies in to deliver the terrible news about coal Evil binge toys Santa Claus. However, Scott has used up the last of his magic to woo Carol and Comet has eaten too many chocolate bars. With a little help from the Fairy of the Teeth, Curtis back to Santa and North Pole. Toy Santa does not waste time to bring to Scott, but Charlie and believe now that Carol Spring release by summoning the Fairy of the Teeth to fly there. Scott goes after the Santa toys, which has already left the sleigh rides Chet, a reindeer in training, and two accidents again in the village. With an army of elves, Bernard, Scott, Carol and Charlie lead a war to overthrow the snowball toy soldiers. Toy Santa is reduced to its normal height of six inches Carol Scott married in a ceremony presided over by Mother Nature, Scott is transformed back to Easter, Christmas and proceeds as usual. In addition, Charlie and Scott reveal the truth Lucy, Charlie's younger half-sister (the daughter of Laura and Neil) on Scott being Santa Claus so that she is now in the secret.

Producer Brian Reilly said that "Santa has to find a way to deal with being a parent at a time of crisis for your child, and balance that with keeping the North Pole run for all children the world. It also has a meeting with other magical people. "
When Scott is trying to make a toy Santa to take the sled, toys Santa says: "You are a sad man, bit strange."
